Web-Bill is a range of managed billing services, enabling customers to monitor telecommunication cost and services. There are currently three primary products, each of which can be contracted for separately or in any combination.
IDS manage the entire process from data collection to report delivery. Access for the customer is via a secure web link to IDS's host servers. |

Reclaim is a package aimed at recovering the cost of personal usage of company telephones. In particular this is aimed at mobile telephone calls, which are quickly becoming a significant additional business overhead.
The service works by allowing mobile users to see the calls that they have made in a billing period, defined by dialled number. It is then easy for the user to nominate, which calls were personal and which were business. Where numbers may have been called for either purpose, users can drill down to the time and date of the call to enable the correct allocation to be made.
Reports are sent to both the user and administrator detailing the breakdown, with the system learning the ‘personal' numbers on an on-going basis. |
Reassure is a traditional call logging package, but provided as a managed service via the web. Data is collected at regular intervals from our clients telephone system(s) and input into our call management servers.
Sets of standard reports are available at log-in with the ability for the customer to create and modify parameters on an ‘as needed' basis. By providing their latest tariff information, customers can have accurate costing and performance data relating to their telephone system at their fingertips.
The IDS service prevents the need for customers to invest in additional hardware, software, support and training services that are necessary to ensure the accuracy of an on-site service. |
Recharge is a complete cost centre management service which can take a variety of inputs such as, call logging information from the PBX, carrier bills for fixed telecoms services, equipment rentals and mobile charges and consolidate them into their respective cost centres. The Recharge service can show and distribute the true cost of service provision by apportioning fixed costs that are normally counted as overhead, focusing cost centre managers on utilisation.
