In December, one of the UK's largest property management companies, signed up for IDS's Recharge and Reclaim services as a means of controlling mobile telephone costs. IDS provide on-line access to Cost Centre Managers of their users mobile billing information and already, call patterns are being identified that will enable costs to be reduced.
The client was as much interested in the service as a deterrent as it was as a management tool and to that end are planning the roll-out of the Reclaim service which enables them to provide users with a consolidated usage report and via the internet, identify personal calls made on the company mobile telephone. |
