In December, IDS worked with one of its long standing clients to roll-out IPT across their IP-VPN. The project has been running for 2 years and has involved the replacement of the data network between 6 sites, the upgrade of the PBX and the implementation of Quality of Service on the WAN and LAN's. December saw the first voice services rolled out across the WAN with an office in Warrington connecting 20 extensions to the London IPT server.
