We are delighted to announce that Integrated Digital Systems Limited was awarded NHS PASA ( Purchasing and Supply Agency ) approval on the 1st August 2005. for call management services.

Under the new Voice, video and data products and services contract ( CM/ITB/03/1844) , IDS are now part of a three year framework agreement giving us "contracted supplier" status within the NHS for our web-bill and star-bill services.

The NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency is an executive agency of the Department of Health, and was established in April 2000 to act as a centre of expertise, knowledge and excellence in purchasing and supply matters for the health service. It manages 3,000 national purchasing contracts, and works with around 400 NHS trusts, influencing around 50% of the £7billion spent in the NHS on purchasing goods an services in the health service.
